A sad day this in Rock n' Roll history with, not only the passing of The King, Elvis Presley in 1977 at the age of 42, but also, on this day in 2018, we farewelled the Queen Of Soul, Aretha Franklin. Through her career she sold more than 75 million records! Now part of that heavenly choir.

On the birthday list today, Tim Farriss (INXS) is 67, and Madonna is blowing out 66 candles! Betcha that's one hell of a party!
